Training Materials

Our training material is written, curated and managed by Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belts and our Master Trainers. The content is born of experiences hard won, crafted by experts and delivered in engaging sessions full of exercises, simulations and examples. We have done the hard work, so you don’t have to.

We have our own world class materials covering the full apprenticeship journey for each of the levels 3 to 6 which are permanently available for your apprentices to reference and be their lifelong learning guide.

Want to incorporate examples from your industry? Done. Need to tune the content to meet specific deliverables? Done. Need the materials branded in your style? Done.

We can offer our materials as printed hard copy, hosted online or client hosted electronic solution, formatted to suit your corporate needs and included as part of the overall apprenticeship costs (some things are not included – please ask).

We augment our materials with carefully selected memory joggers, cheat sheets, flash cards and other materials from trusted suppliers – there is literally nothing we haven’t got.
